Modification of Energy Saving Traffic Management Algorithm in Hybrid Mainline SDN/IP Networks

This article is devoted to the study and modification of the HEATHE algorithm. Improvement is focused on the output algorithm represented by the graph of the network in the presence of the search function of neighbors in the region and the distribution function of the flow.
